Does your child have their L's?
An opportunity for learner drivers and supervisors to experience a range of driving conditions including Randem Breath Testing, a driver fatigue stop and a Speed Check. Learners must have at least 40 log book hours to be eligible to participate. Bookings are essential. Log Book Runs are all about giving L-platers the chance to brush up their driving skills and complete the compulsory 120 hours driving experience needed to get their Provisional license. At the programs, learners and their supervisors drive a planned run through Wollongong city and go through a mix of driving experiences including a Random Breath Test with police and Driver Reviver fatigue stop.
The Log Book Run is a joint initiative between Wollongong City Council, Bulli PCYC and the Highway Patrol. A minimum of 40 hours driving experience is recommended and there are no costs involved for participants.
Bookings are essential - please contact council.
